240 divided by 200 is 1.2. So the 240mAh is 1.2X better.
mAh is milli-Amp-hours, a measurement of total capacity. So obviously bigger is better, for the same size. Two huge exceptions though. The first is that measurement methods aren't always consistent, so one company's 200 might actually be better than another company's 240. The second is that some cheap companies like to publish higher numbers and then charge a lot more, even when their product is the same (sometimes even worse). So comparing values is only really helpful within a single company's product... and if some no-name brand publishes HIGH CAPACITY, don't even mess with it.
