Dude if the guy is bringing a chick for everyday of the week he could care less about having sex with your girlfriend. What he does care about is her paying her bill and rent on time.

But sex is now a topic between ur girlfriend and the guy... like if u GF does kidding by saying him that he is so horny or naughty boy type things... then that guy can try on her too... I mean to say that when there are two opposite gender friends... normally when they just friends then they wont talk about sex but in this case their is a topic of sex cuz of daily routine of that guy... I will say that u shud have friendship with friends of this guy and know that what he thinks about ur GF

I think it's fine as long as the guy doesn't do anything with your girl. You should tell your girlfriend you're not comfortable with him being her roommate.
