NO food will make a difference, you just need to go to the dr and get viagra. This is very common for diabetics, nothing to be ashamed of..MDs see it all the time

dream on!! there are no foods that fix this problem, no herbs that are proven to help, and sometimes depending on the person, the pills that are available Rx don't work either.

Avoid liquor or pain medications. Talk to your doctor as most sexual dysfunctions start in the brain. There may be something that is hindering your ability to achieve an erection. If it's physical, and nothing else works, you can always have a pump inserted.

Allow me to write some diet tips to improve sexual health or to treat impotence. Cut Cholesterol! "You need to keep the arteries to the genitals open, and the way to do that is with a low fat, low-cholesterol diet," says nutritional medicine specialist Michael A. Klaper, M.D. Watch the foods from animal and animal-based products which can cause cholesterol and impotence problems.

Fiber is Fantastic! High fiber foods such as fruits, vegetables and some grains are helpful to keep the body cleaned out! Consider these food delicious food choices to help with impotence: Pears, Blueberries, Apples (with skin), Strawberries, Peas, Baked Potatoes, Spaghetti (whole grain), oatmeal and much more.

Load up on legumes! Legumes are healthy and also have fiber! Lentils, black beans, lima beans and canned baked beans might be a great option to work in with meals!

A simple diet! A vegetarian or modified vegetarian diet is best. However, try to keep your diet non-processed with fresh foods whenever possible.

Start big and finish small. Make lunch a major meal of the day and eat a light dinner early in the evening, preferably between 5 and 6pm.

Erection problems are common in adult men. In fact, almost all men experience occasional difficulty getting or maintaining an erection. In many cases, it is a temporary condition that will go away with little or no treatment. In other cases, it can be an ongoing problem that can damage a man's self esteem and harm his relationship with his partner, and thus requires treatment.
Cialis seems to be the best solution, since it has less side effects compared to Viagra or other ED pills. I take Cialis too and I'm satisfied with the results. I get it online on http://viagranow.biz without any prescription. The minimum dosage of 10 mg works for me perfect.
