It seems that animal fat not only clogs up the arteries to your heart...

I am studying Biology in college, so I know humans are OMNIVORES not Herbivores! As I suspected, both of your links refer to PETA frauds, e.g. "Dr. Banyard" or whatever and his "Physicians For Irresponsible Medicine", so no sane person heeds such lies. Con men's lies aren't genuine evidence, I must inform you. You're the one who needs to study genuine nutrition, instead of PETA lies. It's criminal to try to persuade people to follow fad diets that can harm them. PETA IS A GROUP LED BY HYPOCRITICAL SWINDLERS WHO SUPPORT TERRORISM IN THEIR ABSURD CAUSE, so no intelligent and objective person should heed their lies.

Woman, why do you insist on being bloody vegetarians.., Steaks don't cause impotence, unless you eat this sort of thing,,,way,,,way too much, then your a fool. At least for some it could be an enjoyable free method of vasectomy..

Ok.. Plaque, so why are all we meat eaters not dead at the age of thirty five?.. it is in minimal amounts, studies have been done, the difference in mortality between comparable vegetarians and non - vegetarians is extremely small. So small that I would rather enjoy life and eat meat.

Why not live in a rubber ball, that might add on another couple years,

Meat doesn't cause impotence, being a fat lazy cow does. I'm sure if you took a fat lazy cow male, and made him cut out the meat, his reproductive system would work better. But if you made him exercise for 3 hours a day, the results would be the same if not better. We were meant to eat meat, it's not bad. Shoving your face full of excessive amounts meat or any high fat diet and sitting around all day is bad. So if your so worried about male impotence, why only attack meat? You should go after Lays Chips, Coca Cola, and Hershey's Chocolate as well.

No
I think that some people have no clue about anemia
let me preface by saying I don't like the taste of any meat and other than eggs and dairy I was a vegetarian. Now because of health issues I cannot have eggs or dairy or beans....Now I agree that Kelp,Kale and b vitamins help but when you are consistantly losing blood ...the properties in vegetables and sawdust drinks do not compare to what 2 ounces of meat can do.
I am not being a devil's advocate but I think it is important for people to know that sometimes the options are just not there and that labelling people is sheer ignorance especially when people dive in head first without all the knowledge.
stop thinking so black and white people...it's very childish

I like faulty logic... it means that as a woman I can gorge myself regularly on meat.
Life is good.
