How can I last longer in bed because my spouse is not happy with now I think.?

Is this something new? If you have always been able to perform ... then you need to think about what is causing this. Do you masturbate too much ... the only reason I ask is it can cause this. You need to stop.

If this is something new .... ED is something that men of any age can experience and is the most misunderstood and stigmatized condition ... men think this is somehow their fault and that taking about it and admitting are a sign of weakness .... Truth can be nothing far.

There are valid reasons why something like this can happen. You should discuss this with your primary care physician. If he does not respond properly, ask for a referral to Urologist or an Andrologist. They specialize in these issues and can help you. Viagra or Cialis probably is not a bad idea. But these can have side effects and thus it is best done under a physician's care. Also, you won't end up paying for sugar pills, loose lot of money and confidence due to bad medication.

That last answer is half right....yes masturbating more often will make you last a bit longer, but what also works is every time you feel yourself getting close to ejaculating, stop and slow down for a bit..just keep doing this and you will eventually start lasting longer....

Take a lot of time getting her ready so that she will require less time after entry. If you find that it is too difficult to wait that long then let her use her hand or mouth on you to give you release and then continue until you are both ready.

What she is going to really enjoy is lots and lots of foreplay.

The most important thing is to talk with her and find out what she wants and tell her what you need and what you will do for her. When she learns that you want to put her needs first, then she will try harder to please you and soon it becomes a cycle......So the More you Give the More you Get. but you cannot give her what she wants until you ASK.

she is probably not happy because you fail to consider her. even if you know you are going to come quickly then you should ensure that she is pleasured before you even enter her. give her at least one orgasm using your tongue or fingers
